All the trailers you need to watch this week - 31st January 2016.

Here is a new weekly series to make sure you don’t miss the latest and greatest of what the marketing minds behind the most anticipated films of the year have to offer. Every post will feature a mixture of week’s biggest, flashiest, loudest and weirdest trailers released by studios all over the world. This week we have (finally!) the first official trailer of DC’s upcoming ‘super villains assemble kinda’ film along with a trailer of Allegiant, yup you guessed it right, the third part of Divergent series, a teaser of some Kevin Spacey movie no one really knew about and an action-adventure animated film.

1 | Suicide Squad

With 60 million + views on YouTube alone the teaser created waves of excitement and unrest among the audience that was still recovering from the hangover of Batman Vs Superman: Dawn of the Jusitice’s first look. Now after almost seven long months DC has finally released the first official trailer of its antihero film. However, this time around some decided to use Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody in the background and it is awesome. The two-and-a-half-minute long trailer introduces all the squad members plus lots of expected action and sassiness. David Ayer (End of Watch, Fury) will be directing the film that stars Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Will Smith as Deadshot, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress and Jared Leto as Joker. Suicide Squad will hit theatres August 5, 2016.

2 | Nine Lives

First thing first. The trailer isn’t fake or fan made and the movie actually exists. Nine Lives is an upcoming comedy film that stars Kevin Spacey as a rich workaholic businessman stuck inside cat called Mr. Fuzzy Pants (atleast in the trailer). Directed by Barry Sonnenfield, who will also direct Netflix’s adoption of A Series of Unfortunate Events, the film also stars Jennifer Garner and Christopher Walken. If that is enough information for you to accept that this isn’t a sham watch the trailer.
Release Date: August 5, 2016.

3 | The Divergent Series: Allegiant

The third part of The Divergent Series: Allegient is all set to hit theatres on March 16 in 3D, 2D and Digital 3D. The excitement and anticipation of the film has been lukewarm due to uninspiring reviews of the first two parts. However, the large fan-base of the novel will ensure that, like the first two, the third part will be a commercial success.

4 | Kubo and the Two Strings

So there is a stop-motion animated film coming out on August 19th that stars Matthew McConaughey, Charlize Theron and Rooney Mara. Excited? So are we. The story revolves around a young boy Kubo who, for his survival, journeys in search of a magical suit of armor. The story is set in ancient japan and as shown in the trailer promises action, thrill and all the goodness of a fantasy animation film.

How the Witcher 3 silently became a benchmark for new games

Image Source Every few years we get a good captivating video game and every now and then there is are game of the decade candidates. Up till now Skyrim was considered probably the best role playing game but we reckon we might have to change our mind after playing the Witcher 3 over and over. So what makes the Witcher 3 so good? Let's start off with the fact that I never thought that Witcher 3 would convince me enough to write about it. When it got released, initially, I didn't even download it or had any desire to do so. Just munching away hours playing Fifa 15 and Skyrim (yup, taking care of my two virtual daughters), I had already played The Witcher 1 and 2 but neither of them kept me interested in the story or the sandbox open world. One thing to note is that I absolutely hated the controls in The Witcher 2: The Assassin's of kings, Ie know some of you might find them similar to The Witcher 3 but in my opinion though Witcher 3's controls are generations ahe...
